Hello, I was permanently blocked tonight for alleged fraud. I am a professional seller. I have exhausted all possible and imaginable appeals, but I would like to know if I can still post ads on my personal account?

I have about fifty items to sell, autumn-winter collection, of great value… and I have my stock on my hands without knowing if I will get my professional account back… help please…

Furthermore, I have 30 purchases on Vinted (due to my buying and reselling activity) that are due to arrive. How can I get them all back… I’m scared.

So you can use the other one, the Personal one, but sparingly.

Well, you will pick them up at the relay point, since they are purchases.
There is no difficulty if the purchases were made before the restriction.

Not putting 100 ads at once in a day… so as not to get detected

But does this mean that my sole proprietorship with Siren/Siret etc. is no longer usable on Vinted?

If they « banned » you permanently, no for 6 months.
You can use your personal account, and make your declarations to URSSAF as usual, with the turnover from your personal account.
