Account blocked for commercial suspicion: have you ever appealed?

Hello

My account has just been permanently blocked for suspected commercial activity

I am currently selling my entire collection

And some items are new, others in perfect condition

Vinted is suggesting I switch to a professional account

But I know that professional accounts have less visibility, which doesn’t interest me

Have you ever had this happen and requested an appeal to Vinted for them to reverse their decision?

And can I ship the sales I made this morning?

Did you receive a warning, and if so, how long ago was that?

Can you indicate what sales amount you had, for example in the year 2025?

I am asking the questions because I received a warning in September, and to warn about what follows…

I had my account restricted for 7 days 15 days ago, I could buy but not sell.

And today I posted 5 ads and was immediately banned permanently.

I don’t know how much I sold this year because I no longer have access to my account, but since I sell very good brand accessories and clothing, the sales were around €80 on average…

I also just came out of a week-long ban. I was banned for commercial sales; Vinted had asked me to switch to a pro account, which I did.

Vinted also claims to have warned me, but I never received any warning, either by email or through the app.

So I’m being accused of doing business… even though I’m specifically on a pro account. I’ve sent I don’t know how many emails, without ever getting a clear answer on the real reason for my ban.
At this point, I feel like I’m going to end up permanently banned :man_shrugging:

My only concern is being able to recover my money in case of a permanent ban.

I mainly sell new items, which I think bothers Vinted… I’ve filled my wardrobe with second-hand items, but I don’t think that’s enough.
