The same thing is happening to me. I reposted a homemade 123 jeans yesterday and got a permanent block for counterfeiting even though they are authentic. I filed an appeal. But I already lost an account for a Kiabi t-shirt in the same way.

I haven’t recovered any accounts, but I created a new one with a new phone, number, and email. It lasted an hour, after which I was blocked for fraudulent activity (scamming and selling items infringing intellectual property rights), right after listing a pair of sneakers that resembled Converse (without mentioning the Converse brand anywhere in the ad, obviously). Do you think it’s possible that this was a mistake and that they will reverse their decision?
