I received an item described as « very good condition, » and it mostly is, except for a small flaw that the seller didn’t notice and didn’t show in her photos. Instead of returning the item for a refund, we agreed on a price reduction, but we don’t know how to proceed.
Can someone explain the steps?

In this case, you need to open a dispute, and the seller will have the option to offer you a partial refund once this dispute is opened.
