Colis Mondial Relay handed over to driver – no scan yet

Hello,

Yesterday around 6 p.m., I handed over several packages directly to the Mondial Relay driver (locker was full).

As of today (late morning the next day), the tracking has still not been updated and no scan has appeared.

Has this happened to any of you before?

Generally, how long does it take for the first scan to appear when packages are handed over to the driver and not dropped off at a locker?

Hello,

Yes, that’s normal, it will be updated at the next stage at the sorting center. So I think there will be a change by tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest.

I wasn’t very comfortable when the driver offered to take them without a scan.
