a small experience sharing: Tuesday, August 4th, I woke up, everything was fine, and then I logged into my Vinted account. Blocked!! Because according to them, I created this account for fraudulent purposes! THE account is 4 months old, and I’ve never had problems (apart from restrictions for commercial sales, but that’s another subject)
I received the blocking email at 4:30 a.m., I strongly suspect a report from some f**** in the middle of the night, who wanted to piss me off!
I filed an appeal asking for explanations. They unblocked me today, without explanation of course, just saying they made a mistake after reviewing my situation.
But they are so annoying!!
The appeal is very useful, but still! Can’t they do their job properly?
