Permanent ban: what happens with ongoing purchases?

Good evening, unfortunately, my partner’s Vinted account has been permanently blocked due to a heated exchange with someone who engaged in a bidding war (or price inflation, as they are a reseller…).

Anyway, that’s not the main issue. This account had 5 purchases in progress that were sent, and now, on the Vinted account’s messaging system, only messages from Vinted remain; all other conversations have disappeared!

So, I’m wondering if we will receive notifications telling us where, when, and with what code we can pick up our packages…

Thank you, that’s my only hope indeed, but I think Vinted won’t send me anything at all, otherwise they wouldn’t have deleted all my exchanges with all the members… :cry:

When there is a block validated by Vinted, no solution is possible since your profile no longer exists (no exchanges, purchases, or visibility). And there is no possibility to exchange with a person. This is really a point that Vinted support must study and implement.

I’m just trying to get my current and already sent purchases back, but I have no visibility on that…

If I can’t get them back or I’m not refunded, then that’s clearly theft on Vinted’s part and I’ll take it further!

personally, I had a decision to make regarding the return of an item by a customer when I got blocked. So, Vinted decided to refund the item and luckily, the customer offered to send it back if I sent her a shipping label. But I have another item that I bought and I don’t know if the seller sent it to me…
