I need your advice because I’m a bit lost with Vinted right now.
Almost 14 days ago, I received a message from Vinted warning me that they suspected me of commercial selling. They flagged several of my listings and asked me to remove them within 14 days, otherwise I risk a 7-day ban.
The problem is that I’ve already removed all the relevant listings that weren’t related to sales, but some flagged listings correspond to items that have already been sold, so I can’t remove them until:

the buyer has received the package
-
and has confirmed receipt.
I’m afraid that even though I’ve done everything to comply with the request, my account will still be banned for a week just because I can’t remove these « sold » listings. 
My questions:

Has anyone else experienced the same situation?

Does Vinted understand this scenario, or do they automatically suspend the account?

Do you advise me to contact support now to explain?
