Article hidden for supposedly web-related reasons

Hello, this is the second time Vinted has put my listing in red (hidden) following reports from Vinties, even though I only use my own photos since it’s the same background, my wardrobe. No matter how much I explain it to customer service, they persist. I’ve shown photos of my dressing room, I’m talking to a wall. How can Vinted allow false reports when I don’t use AI or photos from the internet? I know the consequences, I can’t take Vinted anymore .

Help me, what are your tips please :folded_hands:?

All of this is managed by robots, so there’s no point in discussing these situations with Vinted customer service, as there’s no interaction.

It’s better to repost the listing rather than waste your time on useless procedures. That’s all you can do.

Because the founder’s Grandfather was Himmler’s best friend… they love denunciation.
No, it’s just because Vinted’s policy is to use both bots and its own users to do the job of employees they should have, but as they just want to make profits for their shareholders, they employ almost no one…

It’s certain that they should review their reporting system that messes up quite a few sellers… but it suits them, they have (unqualified people for this job) do the work

Recreate your listings, you’ll save time…
Good luck…

who, moreover, revel in « working » for free

I have a whole list if you need it :face_savoring_food:

Hello,
If you are using Clemz, thanks to the mass edit function you can re-upload your photos and it should work normally. :right_arrow: https://www.clemz.app/documentation/modifier-en-masse#saved-photos

A question @P111
Do you use the same photos from your Vinted listings on another platform? Such as Leboncoin, for example?

If so, I would advise you not to use exactly the same photos.
Slightly modify the photos on one of the platforms so that they are not detected as identical, and therefore as if they were taken on another site.

Even if they are your own photos, Vinted’s robots will detect that the same photo exists on another listing (even one outside of Vinted)

Me, I use the same ones on 4 sites, and it works like a charm.

me, I fear :joy: :joy: since Vinted « banned » me by telling me I had posted a photo that was not mine, even though I had just taken it :joy:
Since then, I create photos per platform by changing the extension

no problem, you just have to be careful not to copy and paste photos by taking them from LBC for example, Vinted detects the transparent logo that is added.
