New Vinted issue, it’s the first time this has happened to me. I have a masked sale with a copyright infringement warning and images from the web, and it’s inviting me to modify my ad. Except I take my own photos!!! And the following photos clearly show they are personal photos and not AI-generated. How can I contact them? It’s impossible to get a dispute form, impossible to get a valid email. I’m fed up with robots controlling our lives and making baseless decisions,…
Have you encountered the same problem and what did you do? I refuse to modify my ad. Here is the photo in question attached:
Tens of times!
I simply repost the ad by changing the photo taken (either a slight crop or flipping the image) and it goes through… and don’t ask me why
To answer that, we’d have to understand the settings of « bots » whose creators don’t even understand what they’ve done themselves
As you say, it’s « bots » that manage things, so you need to be doubly patient.
The only existing problem is that if you have several cases like this, you get « banned » for 7 days for copyright infringement of your own photos.
« It’s a matter of luck! »
This is one of the reasons that leads people to create multiple accounts and break the rules, even though they are initially respecting them by using their own photos.
I looked at the reports apparently not, but I decided to send a registered letter to Lithuania, I’m fed up with not being able to speak to a HUMAN being
Perhaps by cropping the « Facebook » in the top left corner…
I’ve also had photos that were hidden or had that famous message saying your ads need love… without understanding why… Changing just a tiny thing is usually enough for MR. Robot
Hello, it seems the photo you posted on Vinted is a screenshot from Facebook. Additionally, the filename is visible on it. If this is the case, it won’t be accepted. You need an original file.
