"Vinties ignored" that are not actually ignored

Hello,

A quick question regarding messages to favorites: someone asked me to stop sending them messages, so I put them on the « Ignored Vinties » list, but when I relaunched a message sequence, they received another one.

How is this possible?

Good question, it happened to me the other day too. The lady became very unpleasant.

Hello,

Could you please send us an email on this subject, indicating:

  • the date of the person’s message
  • a time range for when you added this person to the list (e.g., yesterday at 2 p.m.)
  • the date when messages to favorites were launched
  • their username

Alas, that was several weeks ago and since then I have sent several thousand messages, so it’s difficult to trace everything back.
But next time I will do that.
