I wanted to send my messages myself and when I select a favorite to send a message, I end up on « the page does not exist »

Here is the latest news I can give you regarding this bug:
- Since around noon today, a Vinted bug has been preventing users from reading favorite notifications.
- You can test this manually: when you click on a favorite notification, you are taken to a 404 page, as shown in @Sev’s screenshot (above).
This bug is blocking users and therefore Clemz too! Vinted must fix it, otherwise we will all remain blocked…
To speed up the bug fix, I advise you to contact Vinted support to complain about the inability to click on a notification issued by a potential buyer’s favorite. (This is not related to Clemz, say that you click and the error appears
) The more messages Vinted receives on the subject, the more they will push their IT staff to resolve the bug quickly. ![]()
When everything returns to normal, you can restart sending messages to favorites. Be sure to click on « Start over » so that Clemz re-reads all the notifications of the day, otherwise, it will consider that notifications that caused a bug should not be re-read.

It is important that many people contact Vinted to report this bug which is visible on the web version of their site.
There is no risk that Vinted will identify you as Clemz users: this bug prevents all users from clicking on a favorites notification. So you just need to say that you can no longer communicate with your customers who leave favorites.

I don’t know if my message is off-topic, but regarding the messaging bug, it’s still there. I wanted to do a batch session (boost session), and I did a batch, but like all the messages disappeared, and when I click to go back to the messaging, it just keeps loading.
