Hello, I’ve been a professional seller on Vinted since September 8th. Every day I send my national identity card and SIREN number, and nothing works.

Except that it fails.

I redo it and change the supporting document, and it doesn’t fail.

Yet my supporting document perfectly matches everything listed on my profile.

I don’t know what else to do

Because I wait 24 hours just to be told it failed.

I have over €700 blocked.

Hello, you need a zero balance wallet for the transfer, maybe that’s the issue. We need to wait for all previous sales to be validated.

Indeed, it seems to me that all sales must be validated (so none in progress) for the switch to « pro » to be possible.
