Hello, it has now been ten days that I have been trying to switch to Vinted Pro. But it’s impossible!
I am told that I have ongoing orders, whereas you can see from my orders that there are no ongoing orders, whether for buying or selling. I contacted Vinted support (catastrophic) who made me wait 3 days to tell me that I needed to change browsers. I have tried all possible browsers on my computer and my phone, but it’s impossible to solve the problem. If anyone has a solution, I’m all ears!
