Hello,

I am having a problem with my Vinted Pro account in Belgium.

My account was initially accepted, but today I am being asked for verification related to my business (SRL). I have sent all the requested documents (BCE, register, screenshots with visible URL, etc.), but everything is being rejected without a clear explanation.

In the meantime, I have over €1600 blocked in my account, with no possibility of withdrawal or proposed solution.

I don’t understand:

  • Why was my account validated at the beginning?

  • Why are documents being rejected without justification?

  • Do they have the right to block my money like this?

Support is no longer responding at the moment.

Has anyone else had this problem? What recourse is possible?

I had a similar problem, (Belgium too)

I just pushed for 2 months until Vinted stopped bothering me.

It was long and painful.

Hello, do you also have an SRL? How did you manage it by sending documents every day or by contacting Vinted?

I sent back the same documents hundreds of times.

when I could, I also submitted help requests via Vinted.

basically, the most to drive them crazy.

in the end, it worked.
