Hello, I’m new to this forum, which I just discovered. I wanted to know if you are also experiencing a drop in sales. I’ve tried everything to boost them, I even bought options, but nothing, whereas before I didn’t have any problems, I used to make good sales very regularly. For a few months now, it’s been a struggle, 1 to 2 sales in a month. I’m thinking of migrating to other sites. My question would be whether Vinted could make us invisible? I have a few items favorited, but it doesn’t trigger any sales, whereas for similar items, they used to sell quite well. As a result, I have nothing in my Vinted wallet to buy elsewhere and get good deals
Could you enlighten me? Thank you very much ![]()
Hello,
So sales, for me, I don’t know if we can say it’s quiet, right now I have almost one sale per day.
After maybe right now with the bugs, there are fewer sales. And not forgetting that sometimes I boost on my messenger group.
After I am also on beebs and kiabi (second hand by kiabi), at the beginning I was on it, because vinted was blocking people, so to have a « backup » and continue sales", but basically 1 sale on kiabi and 1 sale on beebs (the first one), otherwise, on kiabi I also boost, and beebs, I just sync with vinted, nothing more.
Thanks for your feedback, I don’t know the resale sites you mentioned, I’ll look into them, thanks ![]()
It should be known that sales on Vinted’s competitors are quite rare… Unfortunately, they have almost a monopoly!
Besides, today Vinted is full of bugs, so it’s probably not the easiest day to sell ![]()
Hi, what’s your Vinted so we can take a look?
It’s @Sissisyl also on Vinted, my listings are the same as from the beginning and I’m not selling anymore, I’ve tried boosting items and also putting them in the showcase but it’s very quiet, I’m desperate ![]()
Indeed, your dressing room is nice, as are the photos. Some items might be a bit expensive, but the big, big drawback is the age of your listings, up to 2 and even 5 YEARS!! You need to renew them so they are visible ![]()

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have renewed some ads that concern the current season. Some items are not very important, I will try to continue republishing them. For seasonal items, I’m crossing my fingers. For the prices, I increased them because I still have requests for discounts, so I reduce them upon request. If I set a low price, people continue to ask for less. ![]()
This lacks details regarding the article itself, which is what is useful in article searches.
Also: feel free to check your impressions per article. There you will see if your articles are visible or not at all.
Lucile explains this in her video on smart dressing: Vidéo du mois : Découvrez les secrets du Smart Dressing!
It’s a feature of the Clemz extension and you can access it for free for 1 month every 6 months.
Thank you, I am not familiar with the Clem feature, I will look into it, thank you ![]()
For Beebs, it’s great. There’s a module on the app that allows you to directly import Vinted listings, so zero effort. It’s much less dynamic than Vinted, but the few sales on it are still something, and without much effort. The first few months I was doing almost nothing, and for the last 2-3 months it’s picked up. Another detail, but on the other side, lots of 30% discount vouchers to buy with, also interesting.
Hello. I don’t sell much either. I don’t understand because I’ve been doing everything the same way for months, but since this summer I’ve only sold less than €100 in 4 months. I don’t understand, I renew, boost on Messenger… nothing works! ![]()
Hello everyone, on my end, I’m not having too much trouble selling at the moment, although some months are much quieter than others.
I post items every day, not necessarily at the same time or in large quantities. I try to put a good title, photos, a description as complete as possible, and above all, to put the item in the correct sub-category, which isn’t always easy. For clothing, even though I put a bit of everything, I try to put seasonal items first.
Yes, there are slow periods, but for the ones I’ve experienced, there’s still a certain logic to them, at least I’m not surprised. For now, I’ve had two quiet periods: January/February and late June/mid-August. Basically after Christmas and during the summer, and especially during the sales period (which is hellish with the « yes, but at Leclerc 800 miles from me they sell it cheaper than you »). But since mid-August, it’s been very dynamic. Last Sunday, I was really busy.
