Do you have any advice? I’d really like to clear out my wardrobe. I always re-list my items, I lower the prices. Nothing special, how do you manage to make 6-7 sales a day? Sometimes I feel like giving up, but I need money, so I keep trying. I’m starting to get mentally tired, it’s like I’m working all day but not getting paid.

At the risk of sounding like a whiner, I confirm that with the same type of varied articles and a larger dressing room, October is shaping up to be the worst month since I joined (2019, I think). Fortunately for me, it’s a distraction, but my heart goes out to those who hope to make a living from it or just add a little extra to their earnings (even spinach is expensive these days).

I agree with « Bloom » it’s strange because many of us professionals have noticed a very good recovery since Friday. If you are also a professional, the problem comes from you (which is reassuring because you have the power to change it.)
On my end, I have a permanent contract on the side. I’m not going to say it’s entertainment because I’m a professional and commerce is not a game, but it does put butter on my spinach. On my end, there will never be anything more stable than outdoor work. Never forget that with Vinted, overnight you can get blocked or have any other problem.

Frankly, it’s possible that there have been a lot of complaints from professionals, and they’ve put us more in the foreground, so individuals who win on the professionals’ bonus now find themselves less rewarded, and with so many individual sellers already drowned in the crowd, they find themselves truly competing with us professionals.
Another avenue, but specific to the book/music/video categories: Vinted finally allows searching via ISBN. You can even click directly on the ISBN in a listing.
Naturally, this drives prices down and favors €1 listings. We will therefore have to wait a few months for these listings to find buyers, and for sellers to stop adding more out of weariness from packing items to earn €1.
No, I assure you, it’s also complicated for professionals in general.
