Hello
I sold 7 box sets of 5 DVDs from the Star Trek series. Despite reinforced packaging, one box was broken during transport. The buyer opened a dispute and Vinted refunded them. I was not given the option to request a return, even at my own expense. How can I get my item back, as 6 boxes are still new and all the DVDs are too.
