Given the permanent blocking of my account and the seizure (because not being able to withdraw my money is equivalent to a real seizure), I wrote to info@classactionitalia.it and they replied that they already have many reports to consider acting collectively. Therefore, if you wish, the action is free, and the more reports we make, the more chances we have to shame this ignoble platform.

Thanks, reading here and there I found the same Italian Body AGCOM DSA, I reported it this morning and I hope to have the same result as you. I didn’t expect this… they are beyond qualification. In the meantime, I have reported the dispute to all the Associations I found, to classaction.italia.it, and also to investigative TV programs. I won’t stop until this becomes news; it’s illegal and tyrannical behavior. I will insist on bringing the truth to light!!!
