Hello, I recently switched to Pro. (For about 10/11 days now)

I’ve made a few dozen sales and some have arrived, but no buyers can validate the order, is this normal?

Is there perhaps a waiting period, or something else with Pro for sales to be validated?

I believe it’s 14 days’ right of withdrawal when you are a professional trader.

I confirm, it’s normal, there are 14 days of delay (return for X reasons) for professional sellers, it’s the mandatory right of withdrawal

and it is clearly stated in the conversation.

14J is the legal French deadline, starting from the day of receipt.
