Temporary restriction as a pro

Hello everyone

I’ve been a pro seller on Vinted for 3 months, selling new jewelry.
I’m super happy because it’s working very, very well.
But today, a very unpleasant surprise… a temporary restriction for 5 days (selling too large a quantity) and 20 listings deleted.
I’m truly very saddened by this decision, as it’s my main activity and I’m afraid of being permanently banned. What did I do wrong?
I really struggle to understand the point of being a pro seller then.
Did I make the mistake of indicating that all items were new? Should I list them all as « very good condition »? I really find all of this illogical because I am registered and doing nothing wrong.
Are there people here who have had the same issue and were able to continue their activity afterwards?
In short, if you have any tips, a message to send to Vinted, I’m all ears!!!
Thanks in advance for your answers

Vinted doesn’t like new items. If you continue to sell only new items, you risk a permanent ban. If you have used items to sell and you mix them, I think it might be okay. I don’t know if listing them as « very good condition » will hold up in the long run. Unfortunately, what you’re selling isn’t in line with Vinted’s principles. They want second-hand items, as seen in their ads: « You don’t use it anymore, sell it. » If I were you, I’d look for another platform, but I’d still continue on Vinted.

When you succeed, you attract jealousy, wherever it may be. You have surely been the subject of reports from your competitors.
Stay discreet if possible.

On the advice of another user, I requested access to all my data in the Vinted settings, which gives access to reports.

I haven’t had any since August.

I don’t understand what the point of requesting data access is? Can you explain?

Hello,
This allows you to know if users are reporting you and for what reason
