I am a Pro seller, and I am seeing various negative automatic ratings on accounts, and I would like to know what they mean precisely:
« The buyer canceled the transaction » (this one is clear)
« The sale was not completed » (did the seller not ship on time?)
« The transaction was canceled »?
« Sale not finalized »?
