What does "Sale did not complete" mean?

Hello,

I would like to know for what reasons some people have in their reviews, this one left by Vinted:

« Automatic review: the sale did not go through. »

Before making a price offer, I consult the profile of the Vinted user who favorites my item and I often see this type of review.

This happens for various reasons:

  • a shipment that was not made on time
  • a cancellation by one of the 2 parties without mutual agreement
