It would be very useful to be able to activate an automatic assistant to manage buyer messages, capable of answering frequently asked questions: item availability, sizes, additional photos or try-ons, shipping times, and order tracking.
This assistant should also be able to manage offers and price negotiations autonomously (accept, reject, or counter according to criteria defined by the seller), then validate the sale once an agreement is reached.
Ideally, this assistant would be able to converse naturally with buyers, adopting the seller’s tone and style, so that the exchange is fluid and personalized — as if the seller themselves were responding.
This feature would be a real time-saver for active sellers, while also improving the buyer experience through quick and consistent responses.
