I am in the process of converting my personal account to a
pro account.
I have completed the first step, but I have been stuck for several days at the point where I enter my IBAN.
A message indicates that the transfer is in progress, and then nothing happens.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or have an idea for me to finalize the creation of my pro account?

I am in the process of converting my personal account to a Vinted Pro account.
I received a message stating: « The transfer of money available in your Vinted wallet to your bank account is in progress. »
However, this transfer has already been made and received in my bank account for over a week, and my wallet is indeed empty.
I am currently blocked at the next step (adding the IBAN to activate the Pro account).
Could you please check and unblock the situation on your end?

Personally, I struggled for a month to create the professional account. Vinted was of no help to me.
Were you able to fill in all the pages with your Siret etc…?
Yes, it’s just for the creation of the wallet that I’m struggling.
