I’m struggling to create my business account for almost a month now. When I enter the SIRET number and the information, I get red error messages: « This entry does not match the registered company number. » Even the postal code is rejected. I have written to Vinted many times, but I’m going in circles. I have tried every possible entry.
There must be something I’m missing…

I understood that everyone is struggling to create a pro account. And Vinted is of no help: in 1 month they asked me 4 times for a step-by-step of the error, in another format, then « you have already written to us about this » followed by « the discussion is closed the problem is solved »… and here we go again… shitty AI world.

I believe I read that in Belgium you cannot turn professional, unfortunately.

For my part, I was blocked at the company name level, I added my second first name and it worked.
