I am contacting you because I am having trouble creating my professional account. I have opened a company number and VAT number to resell on Vinted. My BCE number has been active since 05/01/25.
Unfortunately, the application cannot find my BCE number: « The company number you provided could not be found. » I don’t know what else to do to activate my account. It has been blocked for over a month. And obviously, customer service doesn’t know how to help me.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be? Is anyone in the same situation?
I have already contacted my business counter, the VAT office… but everything is okay on their end. I would like to be able to start my shop as soon as possible.
