Prb Vinted Pro Company Name Registered

Hello,

I would like to switch to pro mode on Vinted. When I register my company name, it is not recognized.

I have read many similar topics, writing in uppercase, lowercase, or even reversed names. And nothing works.

Even the company is visible on the INSEE and .gouv websites.

Thank you for your help.

Hello, I’m currently having the same problem. Did you find answers to your questions, because I can’t figure it out.

Hello, :hugs:

I’m in the exact same situation. I read that Vinted’s software can take time to recognize that a company actually exists (up to 3 months), but personally, it’s been three months and it still doesn’t work. Even though I send them emails, I always get the same automated responses that don’t explain anything at all, apologize for the technical issue, and say I need to try with my real name. They don’t say whether I need to wait, or if the problem comes from the company, or from Vinted… so there’s no way to fix anything if it’s an issue with the company.

It’s extremely frustrating to feel powerless and not understand where the problem is coming from.
If anyone knows why it’s blocked, I’m all ears!

Hello,

I am currently in the same situation, I’m waiting but it’s still not working. Has the situation been resolved on your end? And if so, how?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

If it’s a sole proprietorship (EI), it is imperative that it is registered on INPI, as Vinted’s « Bot Â» captures information from this platform.

Therefore, check if your company is correctly listed by entering your SIRET number, and verify the trade name.
Provide the information exactly as it appears on INPI:

Here is the link to the database: https://data.inpi.fr/

Another issue: if you have given a trade name to your company, it is the trade name that should be entered, not your own name.

Good luck,

I had the same issue.

If your company has your first name(s) etc., you need to write everything out, respecting capitalization etc.

If it doesn’t work, try it in every possible way. For me, it eventually went through.

Of course, make sure the company is clearly visible and public.

Are your problems not due to the private address?
If so, this is a problem that has been identified and explained many times (do some research…)

When creating the company, like many others, you have made the company’s address and name private. Therefore, Vinted cannot retrieve the information from the INPI website.

If you have refused disclosure or if your company does not appear publicly, here’s how to proceed:

  1. Go to the INSEE website dedicated to disclosure status:
    [statut-diffusion-sirene.insee.fr].
  2. Log in via FranceConnect.
  3. Enter your SIREN number and date of birth.
  4. Check the box to lift the opposition to public disclosure.
  5. Validate the request.
