Why am I not receiving a random number of favorites via Clemz?

Hello everyone,

For several days now, when I request favorites on Vinted after re-publishing, I get exactly 10 favorites on each of my re-published listings (yes, I selected 10).
Previously, we had between 5 and 10 favorites randomly on each re-publication, but today it’s 10 for each. And like many people currently, with my sales being down as well as the « real » number of favorites, it really arouses the suspicions of people who visit my closet to see that I have exactly 10 favorites on each of my listings. Consequently, it has the exact opposite effect of what was desired: people understand that something is not normal, and buyers unfortunately pass by…

So my question is simple: I would just like to know if you also get exactly the same number of favorites after re-publishing and requesting favorites on Vinted for each of your re-published listings, and above all, how to fix it please to get back to a random number of favorites like before, which would make buyers less likely to think that the number of favorites has been falsely increased.

I think we might need to select « Random » so that the number of favorites is not fixed for all ads. Have a nice evening

We haven’t changed anything recently regarding this option, and indeed, it is still possible to receive a random number of favorites by selecting the « random » option before sending the favorites. Otherwise, Clemz gives the exact number of chosen favorites.
