I’m taking the liberty of asking my question here because I can’t find a solution to my problem with Vinted support…
I bought a package from a German Vinted user and chose a pickup point near my home (in France) as the delivery location. The package was sent yesterday and arrived at a pickup point in Germany, and Vinted is asking me to collect my package. The Vinted user is offering to collect the package and have me pay for shipping again to receive it, but since I’ve already paid for that, it’s a bit annoying.
Has this ever happened to you? How did you handle it?
