Hello, you are on a forum here. Not on Vinted support. I believe there has been a misunderstanding about the recipient. We can try to help you with what little we know. This is purely voluntary and does not engage the responsibility of the person who will answer you in their free time, on a voluntary basis.

Indeed, as @personaewardrobe indicates (thanks for the answer!), we are not the Vinted company. This forum is managed by the Clemz team and several people respond voluntarily when they can/want to.
Regarding the dispute, we can advise you but we will not be able to go any further ![]()
