I have reread everything carefully.
You explain many things around the subject, algorithms, psychology, car colors, but ultimately nothing concrete about the boost itself:
no tests, no practical cases, no results, no terms of use.
So yes, I maintain that I did not find a useful answer about the boosts.
This is not a personal criticism, just an observation.
I don’t think you’ve read everything. 
Besides, you can’t have everything handed to you on a plate; to receive, you must give.

A suggestion, wouldn’t it be more useful to promote the sorting button in the dressing room, which very few Vinted users know about?
Personally, I don’t use # hashtags, but I mention the feature in my description. At one point, I used to put a screenshot with a big arrow to indicate where the button was.
I find it strange, by the way, that Vinted doesn’t highlight it more.
