Hello, Exceptionally, I posted two ads, one of which had an AI-generated image. It’s of me dressed in a jacket initially, too big and worn by a fictional model (but initially, I had a sweater that the AI erased), and for the second, a completely AI-generated photo. Both were banned after a few days of being online, for the same reasons (without specifying AI-generated image) as usual (blurry…). In fact, I’m tempted to check the « AI-generated » box, hoping the Vinted algorithm will appreciate my ads better; am I right or wrong? How can I get generated images accepted? Could it be something else that tickled the algorithm?
Have you checked your reports? You were probably reported by the Vinted « police » (that is, people who are bored with life and who massively report accounts with AI photos…).

no, I haven’t looked at the reports, but I was banned for 3+3 days two weeks ago for a personal composition (external image + the center belongs to me) and a light bulb taken by me, solely. Today, with 100% invisible AI, what do we do? : do we tick the box or not, please?
This is indeed the best option to choose for now, in our opinion: knowing whether you are flagged or not. This allows us to understand if something needs to be changed… or not.

You can find this in Settings > Privacy Settings > Manage Account Data.
You will receive an email within a few hours with a file to download. You should look for « alert_by_other_members » or a name very similar to that.
