Yes, Vinted does offer it sometimes. I haven’t figured out yet if it’s for sellers who are returning to the platform, thus encouraging people to buy from their wardrobe, or if it’s for another scenario.
For my part, I have been buying and selling regularly for 2/3 months
And regarding the seller, it’s a new account with 0 reviews. Probably to encourage a sale, you are right.

It’s for new accounts. It lasts about 5 days.
