Exporting my Clemz.app backup to CSV VS real Vinted: how to get the same information?

Hello,

I’m trying to use the new CSV export feature in Clemz, and I have a few questions/comments.

I add tags to my listings to easily find listings of the same product type. I made a new backup in Clemz.
When I export and filter by « items in stock » and the tag, I get many more items in the export than I actually have on Vinted.
My question is, how can I make the Clemz backup a true representation of what’s actually on the Vinted account? Since the export is based on the Clemz backup and not a live view of my closet, this is crucial for me

Next, a few small remarks/requests.
It would be interesting to add a « condition » column in the export, with the item’s condition: ‹ new with tags, very good condition, good condition… ›
Also, it would be cool to have the item’s category and subcategory. Currently, there are only Brand and Size. When you don’t sell clothes, that’s not very useful
And one last request, add direct links to the Vinted photos in columns.

Thanks in advance

Hello Bibou,
Thank you for this feedback!
In this type of case, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email for a personalized response, via bonjour@clemz.app. We do not handle support requests on the forum.

Nevertheless, to have a Clemz.app backup that represents your Vinted wardrobe, you must:
1- have made a complete backup of all your items
2- Once everything is updated, you can delete, on Clemz.app, all items that have not been updated since the last backup. This means they are no longer on your Vinted wardrobe. If you have many, contact us by email about this, we can help you.

Regarding the category, it is planned but not in the coming weeks. It still requires a bit of work, Vinted has modified a number of pieces of information, including those you mention.
For the rest, yes, we are thinking about it :hugs:

Hello Lucile,

I’m sending you an email right away.
Thank you
