I wanted to get your feedback on restarting favorites. Does it really work, do you feel like you’re selling more because of it?
I’m having trouble getting a real idea of the usefulness of these reminders. I did it for 1 month and then gave up, completely. Indeed, I am registered on a FB page and in a conversation on the subject, most members said that it was a deal-breaker, even going so far as to block the seller. That put me off.

A year ago, I used to send a message to thank people for their favorites… but it’s useless, except to annoy the person if they receive many… after that, I just made an offer without a message, few people buy… now nothing and I don’t feel like I’m selling less without it
From my side, I realize that I don’t like receiving messages saying that the package can leave tomorrow or other uninteresting banalities!
For my part, I send a message via Clemz as soon as an item is favorited to thank the person for liking the item and let them know I’m available if they have any questions. Then I follow up manually 48 hours later with an offer, but I don’t feel like it makes much of a difference; I don’t sell more because of it. I was surprised to see that a member had blocked me after receiving my first message. I like to think that sending a message to those who favorite is a plus nonetheless; if it can lead to one or two sales from time to time, why not.
However, I think an option in the extension to send a second message with an offer would be nice, so we could schedule it after a first message sent via the extension.
For me it also runs non-stop, a small message to thank you and say that I am available for questions AND offers (-€2). Of my total sales, I make about half thanks to these messages/discounts so personally it works! I have set it to send the message 1 hour after it is favorited.
