CRM Clemz vs VintedCRM

Hello,

I’ve been trying Vinted CRM for a few days and it seems good, but I understood that Clemz will soon have similar features and that it is currently in beta.

Is it possible to know when it will arrive?
And would it be possible to try the beta to avoid subscribing to two different solutions?

Thanking the moderators in advance for their feedback

Hello,
Yes, indeed the version is still in beta, available for a handful of users for now. By the end of the month, you will be able to test it too.

A little more patience :innocent:

Thank you very much @Lucile :folded_hands:

I’m using Vinted CRM (the free version for now) to track my sales history (revenue, stats, etc.), export them, and have cropped labels.

I know you can’t necessarily talk about upcoming features, but given my needs, can you tell me if it’s worth waiting for the Clemz update? (I have the « Dressing » subscription)

Can’t wait

You should find your happiness in these new features then

Thank you @Lucile! I just applied :ok_hand:
I was a Business Analyst in a large multinational tech company, where I developed BI tools for sales… I think I can provide you with relevant feedback :folded_hands:

I saw that Vinteer is coming out soon, what do you think about it?

Good evening everyone!
The new sales module on Clemz is available! We’re talking about it here :right_arrow: Le module "Ventes" est disponible sur Clemz ! 🎉

I went to look at their site, it seems more complete in terms of accounting features but on the other hand it remains limited to that, whereas Clemz manages republications which is a huge asset.
I find that with Clemz we are starting to have an all-in-one tool that is largely sufficient for small structures and that avoids multiplying subscriptions. And which, moreover, is financially very well positioned by being cheaper than these more complete applications that only do accounting.

Hello, I read your messages and would like to try Clemz, but isn’t it risky to use it and get banned from Vinted?

Yeah, that’s the downside of tools like that which use tokens anyway, Vinted doesn’t like it, and we just risk getting banned.. whereas tools that use emails are external to Vinted so safer I think

In terms of pricing, clemz is much more expensive if we start having multiple stores..
And above all, we don’t yet know their pricing with their crm

Thank you, so even Vinted CRM is risky?

in principle, it is forbidden to have multiple Vinted accounts, so I don’t quite understand your reasoning about having multiple shops.
Furthermore, the others I’m talking about don’t do republications, so the comparison is difficult.

But anyway, in the end, we end up paying for subscriptions for basic options that are available on platforms whose higher fees we like to criticize compared to Vinted
If Vinted were smarter, they would hire one of these app creators instead of fighting them, sell a Pro subscription for 20 bucks a month, and everyone would win.

Hello
The new version of Vinted’s T&Cs remains unchanged regarding the use of any « external software »: they clearly prohibit it. So there will still be a risk of sanction but:

  1. For the moment, no one has ever been banned from Vinted because of Clemz. They are not looking to detect its use.
  2. If one day they started looking for Clemz users, we doubt they would ban immediately. They will send warning messages to encourage people to stop using Clemz.

All this to say that zero risk will never exist but for the moment, Clemz works without any problem for hundreds of people (every day) and without any negative consequences :slightly_smiling_face:

To conclude, I invite you to look at the reviews of Clemz on the ChromeStore: www.clemz.app/extension
You will see that no one talks about being banned: you can imagine that if someone had lost their account because of Clemz, they would not have hesitated to talk about it here
