Blocked in May for « counterfeiting » a Promod blouse… same procedure as you (but with a few more emails after the initial 120h deadline), consumer complaint, … unblocked on Day +20
it’s indeed surprising to be in the +/- 3 weeks range… but at least it proves you shouldn’t give up when you have nothing to reproach yourself for
But who wants to counterfeit promod which is already a copy of a copy of a copy? This robot is completely stupid

After being unblocked, I had requested my information and I had been the subject of several reports for counterfeiting (even though I only sell « non-counterfeit » brands like Promod, … so I don’t know if that’s not what caused the problem…
However, when they unblock someone who was blocked abusively based on reports, perhaps they should block the abusive reporters, but that… that will happen when pigs fly!

I’m generally not one to report things, but one time the mustard got in my nose for an announcement that said « new with tags » but the description indicated it had been worn very little. To me, that’s pure dishonesty.
Vinted’s response was that they didn’t see anything that contravened their rules, so let’s do as we please. Let’s cheat all we want!!!
I admit that this kind of announcement with deception about the condition also annoys me (and that Vinted ultimately doesn’t see the problem) or often the Zara brand used for Chinese clothes, fake Chanel bags or others… but conversely, being accused of counterfeiting for brands like Promod, Camaieu, Morgan, … is more than dishonest!
People tend to idealize their possessions. It’s a bit of bad faith but mostly idealism. As an expert, I have very often brought disillusionment in my appraisals. I believe this is true for everything, from a house to a t-shirt.
