Account under verification?

Hello, while doing my little reposts (with the new relevant modes), I received a message from Vinted, but not for a 24-hour ban, which I’ve had several times already, but to tell me that my account is blocked for verification:

"Hello xx,

We’ve noticed some activity on your Vinted account that might go against our Terms and Conditions. Unusual behavior detected by our tools or reports from other members could be the cause.

Therefore, we need to temporarily limit access to your account while we investigate the situation. This means you won’t be able to buy items, add new payment methods, or interact with other members until the verification is complete.

This process usually takes about 24 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours. We’ll get back to you as soon as we’ve finished the verification.

Thank you for your patience,

The Vinted Support Team"

Well, it was very quick and I was unblocked, but I was really scared at the time.

Do you know what might have caused this?

Good evening everyone and thanks in advance if you have any feedback for me on this type of issue.

Mag

ps: I looked in my data to see if anyone had reported me for any reason, but nothing.

So it was a Vinted bot that detected me, but for what reason? I was in the process of re-publishing my usual ads - but for the first time using the « manual » mode for each item

Hello Mag,
I had this happen a few times a while back, I never really knew why or how, but like you, I was quickly unstuck.
On my end, however, I had received some reports, and I made the connection, but perhaps wrongly

Good evening,

How long did the verification take? I had the same problem this afternoon, I immediately provided the documents to Vinted… on other forums, it can take months without a response…

Thanks my friend and have a good evening

Hello,
On my end it was really fast, less than 24 hours, maybe 2 hours max..

I just saw your post regarding the hacking of your closet, we are not talking about the same subject, so the deadlines can be very different.
