How to connect multiple accounts to clemz?

Hello,

I have a Dressing subscription that allows for up to 4 active closets.

My main account is properly connected and appears in “Manage closets”.

I want to add a second Vinted account to my Clemz subscription in order to use the reposts on this account as well.

I am logged into Vinted with this second account, but I cannot get the “Add this closet to Clemz” button, indicated in your documentation, to appear.

Can you tell me the exact procedure to follow to link this second closet to my existing Clemz account?

If you already have a Clemz account, please contact us by email, you cannot do it autonomously.
If this dressing does not have a Clemz account, you must go to the dressing to be added (while connected on Vinted to this B dressing) and click on the small gear, in the « Home » tab, on the Clemz extension

On PC… I hope you’re not using the same session or browser if you have multiple accounts… that’s the surest way to get caught by Vinted… :face_with_spiral_eyes:

You need to download the extension on each browser you are using, yes :slightly_smiling_face:

except for PROs who are entitled to 2 wardrobes (one private and one pro)

So I downloaded it on Chrome, and when I log into my personal account, Clems doesn’t appear.
Whereas I have Clems on my professional account.
And even when I have both accounts on the same browser, I can’t add another account. I don’t understand anything.

My question is I need to activate my personal account from my clemz account. I don’t see my personal account, only my professional account, and I haven’t added an account.
Is there a step I need to take on my personal account for clemz to detect it?

You need to be on your Vinted profile (the one you want to add) to add another wardrobe.

I went to my personal profile, I downloaded Clemy, then I entered my login details and I received a message saying that this account already has an account on Clemy. I sent an email because, in fact, I already had an account with Clemy using my personal account before opening a professional account. So, I deleted the subscription from the personal account and took out a subscription on the professional account.

If I understand correctly, is everything in order now? :slightly_smiling_face:
