I have a little question, I have 275 reviews (average 5 stars), but I only have 78 followers, and I see pages with like 350/500 reviews but 500/1000 followers sometimes, do you know how they do it?

Then it also depends on what you sell; in my category, there are rarely accounts with a huge number of followers unless… if they’re cheating. Generally, when you follow someone, about 10% of people follow you back. So there are bots that manage massive follow requests. Therefore, when you see an account with 200 reviews and 100,000 followers, there’s a pretty good chance there’s something fishy going on. I noticed on one account that its number of followed accounts fluctuated, like it was following 700 accounts, then 0 in the evening, and 800 the next day. So it clearly smelled like a follow bot.

Many do follower exchanges. Then there are those who have social networks etc…
My old account, I had over 1500 after 8 years. But apart from a few more views, they weren’t even the ones buying from me
