"I have a problem" button not working!

Good evening,
Package never arrived at the pickup point. The automatic message « I have a problem » and « everything is ok » is displayed with a delay of days. I obviously click on « I have a problem », no refund request is offered to me, I land on the page « the package has not arrived » with the advice to follow…with in 1 click on I have a problem in your conversation and in 2 follow the steps indicated on the page to submit your claim…but I don’t have the 2nd step displayed.
In short, the 2-day deadline has passed and the package is marked as received !!! I’m paying for something I haven’t received!
??? Should I call them???

Is this a shipment via Mondial Relay? Have you tried contacting them?

The delivery failed because there was a change in the pickup point (mine being closed, which I didn’t know). I had the address of the substitute pickup point, but the package never arrived.
I didn’t call them because I had read that it wasn’t their problem but the carrier’s, so it’s true that I didn’t even look, thinking I would be turned away.

I contacted the substitute pickup point, which will call the parcel relay point (they obviously have their own internal number that we don’t have).
