Hello, I have a thermal printer and I usually print my own shipping labels. On a recent sale, I accidentally selected « digital label » (to be scanned at the pickup point). Is it possible to still get the label to print myself?
When I scan the QR code of the digital label, it doesn’t lead to anything with my phone.
Hello! Do you have a Clemz account? If you have synchronized your sales on it, you may be able to retrieve the delivery note. I’m not sure if it works, but that’s the idea that came to me as I was reading your message
