Since last night, when I try to boost an item, it disappears from the catalog. It reappears when I stop boosting it.
I’m worried about the future of my account and that it might be permanently blocked.
Have you ever encountered this situation? I’ve also asked Vinted for help.
Boosts hinder visibility, they don’t work and, worse, they harm article visibility.
I hope this is not the same for the showcases. I just subscribed to showcase yesterday and frankly I don’t see much movement (favorites), no more than before anyway.
I think it’s my fault. On this listing, the boost worked really well. However, I made the mistake of using a similar description on a secondary account, and since then, the boosts have been blocked on both accounts (I imagine there might be an internal verification that causes this block).
I deleted all the ads containing the boosts and tested it on a random product that I never sell, and it’s the same…
I hope this won’t lead to my account being suspended or anything like that.
On the other hand, I didn’t know that boosts could be a hindrance, and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen that, and strangely enough, until now, my boosted articles were selling much faster.
