No proof of my deposit

Good evening, I dropped off a package ordered yesterday at the end of the day at a Vinted Go point.

As of today, almost 24 hours later, I still have not received proof of deposit.

Should I be worried or wait the 48 hours as recommended in the shipping instructions found in the conversation.

I am not reassured, especially since the Vinted seller tells me that she usually receives immediate confirmation of the deposited package.

This is a recurring and very distressing problem.

I’ve already noticed that when you get to the point where it asks if you’ve already sent the package and you select « already sent, » it updates.

Otherwise, you can contact Vinted through the help section explaining what’s happening. Sometimes they suspend the transaction until the package arrives.
