Hello,
I received an order for several items. 2 were missing, and a third, supposedly in very good condition, is unusable.
The seller is asking me to send the item back and insulted me in the process.
I have a strong feeling that once I send the item, she will not acknowledge receipt.
Is there anything that can be done?
