@Yestoyday
Absolutely agree on everything.
And excellent suggestion to be able to distinguish views and favorites that emanate from Clemz, from those that are received spontaneously.
This will help refine uncertainties (« it depends on the time of republication, tests need to be done, maybe we shouldnât republish every day, etc. »). This is a plus for each Clemz client but also for Clemz, who will be able to bring us sales consulting expertise in addition to their technical tools.
Thank you for your answer. But I think that loses its interest because of it.
Leaving for the day (to be less suspicious makes sense). After if itâs complex to manage I can understand.
I am 100% in favor of anything that makes us less noticeable on Vinted! And in particular by varying the number of favorites received.
Simply, if today I have a package of 20 favorites/day, I would like to be sure to receive on average 20 favorites/day with the « random number » option. No less than today.
(For example, by averaging the number of favorites over the duration of 1 month or 1 year of Clemz subscription.)
I donât quite agree with that ![]()
Favorites can be given from the dressing room without even clicking on the items, so without even giving them views. So nothing impossible.
And besides, to realize that the number of favorites and views are decoupled, you have to go to each item: no one will really take the time to do thatâŠ
Clemz already informs you of the number of views and favorites you get. It just gives it in a « global » way by saying that you benefited from X visits to the dressing room. It doesnât do it item by item, which would be possible but⊠probably very cumbersome ![]()
Perhaps I expressed myself poorly. What I need is to sell on Vinted, only to sell on Vinted.
When you say I shouldnât post listings if I donât need to, I completely agree. What I need is views and favorites to sell on Vinted, since apparently thatâs what improves sales. I need all the views and favorites possible to sell on Vinted.
And precisely, to get views and favorites in the current system, I am forced to re-list every day, otherwise I get zero favorites from Clemz. So zero sales.
This is not my choice; itâs what Iâm forced to do given that I have very few new items to sell; I only sell my personal belongings.
I would like to be able to use all this sales potential that Clemz allows, like large wardrobes. Without having to constantly re-list, which is tedious and time-consuming.
It seems to me that to solve this problem, which is specific to small wardrobes, without changing anything for Clemz or for large wardrobes, there is something possible. It seems to me that it would be enough if the daily quota of favorites, when not used up, were carried over to previous daysâ items; or future days perhaps?
I hope I have correctly summarized the favorites problem that is mine. Sorry for being a bit long.
Yes, I understand, itâs not a problem if itâs not feasible.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our suggestions ![]()
Hello everyone, @Clement
I have a few ideas to improve Clemz
As weâve known for some time, republishing articles is becoming complicated. For my part, I donât use frames or text or emojis because I donât find them appealing at all. In any case, for the audience I want to reach, itâs outdated and lowers my selling prices.
My first suggestion is to have a system by which Clemz can create a new listing from new photos. For example: When one of my items doesnât sell, and I decide to redo my photos to make them more polished and appealing, I would like Clem to be able to retrieve my old listing and republish it with the new photos.
My second suggestion concerns the categorization of items and hashtags. I want Clemz to be able to categorize my item based on my photos, at best, and add relevant hashtags so that my item sells faster. And that my listing takes less time to redo.
I donât know if my suggestions are very clear. If the founders of Clemz wish to discuss these suggestions, we can arrange a video conference.
Hello Clément @Clement,
Iâm replying to your message to improve favorites and give my opinion.
What I want as a user of Clemz and to receive favorites, of course, but for them to have a real impact on my sales.
Your idea of categorizing by 10, 20, or 30 favorites doesnât suit me. Because 10 favorites for an item without it being sold is something very rare.
What I want is to have a tier at five favorites and for my item to receive between two and five favorites. I think this would make me more credible in the eyes of buyers on Vinted.
I see the idea. Iâll see if itâs easy to implement ![]()
Hello @nathanael
For your first suggestion, if you delete the old photos and add the new ones to your saved ad, they will be taken into account for republication ![]()
Hello, I am also posting this topic here: Amélioration de la fonctionnalité de dons de favoris : sélectionner uniquement les annonces non déjà marquées related to this subject ![]()
Thank you very much
I donât understand, can you explain it with a picture?
You need to:
- Go to www.clemz.app/items
- Find your item
- Delete all photos and import the new photos instead
- When you then republish with the Clemz extension, the new photos will be used
@nathanael as you can see, the latest version allows you to do that (or almost)
You can choose to have only 5 favorites and by selecting « random total », you will get between 1 and 5 favorites per item ![]()
Thanks ClĂ©ment for this improvement I was waiting for (yes Iâm discovering it today, I was on vacation)!
I think the solution (if I understood correctly) is to re-list your ads with clemz to then receive favorites.
Because receiving views and favorites on ads that are 2 weeks old. Iâm not sure that « boosts » the same way.
Yes, thatâs what HĂ©lĂšne and I discussed quite a bit.
It hasnât been proven that adding views and favorites to « old » articles helps boost themâŠ
We all agree on old items. From experience, we all know that an item generally sells within 48 hours of its publication, and almost never after. Because it is replaced by hundreds of thousands of new listings every day. The number of favorites doesnât seem to improve things.
Hello Helene,
48H, thatâs in the best-case scenario and when you have a CANON item!
In the average I observe from my own sales, I would say rather that if itâs not sold within 10 days/2 weeks, I have to change something ![]()
Yes, I confirm, the articles that come up are not necessarily 100% buried after 48 hours. It all depends on customer searches.
If the customer searches for « summer dress », yes, your article will not stay at the top of the search results for long.
But if the search is more specific « red Maje dress size 40 », then your article can remain in the first results for several days and sell after a week.
