Vitesell, alternative to Vinted?

Hello everyone,
I just discovered a new, entirely French second-hand platform called Vitesell. What’s more, it promotes small creators, a bit like Etsy, but for free!
Given that there are more and more issues on Vinted, I signed up and will test this new platform. If you don’t know it, it could surely be a good alternative to Vinted.

Didn’t understand. What’s the connection with my post?

You are advertising for a website that uses fake legal mentions, that isn’t French at all as you point out, and is actually a pseudo-Brazilian living in France for benefits who is already ripping off users in other activities…
You will bring sellers there who will get ripped off, provided they manage to make sales, and who will thank you for being so careless…

In what way is the legal notice incorrect?
I took a quick look at societe.com and everything matches.
It is not forbidden, as far as I know, to have multiple activities.
As for the site having a foreign IP address, the site is provided via Lovable and its technical providers, meaning the IP address corresponds to Lovable’s network infrastructure using Cloudflare.
So, where is the problem?

I’m replying, but first, let me clarify that I’m not advertising or denigrating any platform. I just took a quick look at the site, and it « looks like » the same layout as Opla.

This is simply my opinion.

My curiosity is piqued. I’m going to check it out.

In any case, I went to check, and I already found the GTC very, very light. And another surprise, in recent days I have read a lot of messages on Facebook saying that they were selling immediately, and when I go to my category, there are barely 400 ads (and even then there are mixed items). This whole story doesn’t seem very clear to me.

Okay, I see. A small site that’s just starting out; everything has to start somewhere. But there’s no concept. It’s a mishmash of everything that already exists. Second-hand items, « crafts » (I don’t want to get myself killed by the artisans, hence the quotes), counterfeit goods, AI. Legally speaking, it’s like walking a tightrope. They still have work to do if they want to improve and for me to entrust them with my business.

yes, on October 6th… with shared hosting from OVH… so it will crash very quickly…
