It won’t be cheaper for pros, so I don’t really get the hype. You will still pay your commissions on the item price and shipping costs.
Personally, I’d like to have a discounted annual subscription offer like the .com version provides.
eBay’s new T&Cs look very attractive. I’m thinking about returning. For me, as a private seller, what bothers me is the more complicated side of listings and especially having to do them twice each time. That’s what made me give up the first time. And the time it takes to manage 2 platforms. I have a job on the side and don’t necessarily have a lot of time. So I’ll see.
That’s why there are feed managers, and that soon Clemz will offer this kind of functionality 
at least that’s what Lucile promised

Little traction and a gaz factory to configure even with 100 tutorials alongside…
If anyone has a guide for correctly configuring FR, EU, and International shipping, that would be great!

Because even like that, there can be a positive effect if customers return to eBay. Then, with what I sell, private individuals rarely compete with me because, firstly, you need to have access to the merchandise and, secondly, have it as cheaply as I do (and for quite a few things, good luck finding it). The only thing that could harm me is if competitors who have the same suppliers sell through private accounts.

It was years ago and no, I didn’t get it all, that’s for sure! Doubled: I mean once on Vinted and once on eBay. That’s actually why I gave up on LBC.
Ah ok, I thought about doubling up on eBay. Personally, to go faster, I do them at the same time. That way, it’s just copy-pasting the title and photos, and my descriptions are pre-saved on eBay, as are my shipping costs.
To create listings, you might need to think differently than Vinted, where each listing is done one by one. On eBay, you have options to copy an existing listing (even from another seller) and to pre-configure quite a few things.
I have clothes uploaded but I don’t get any visits and it’s desesperating because making an ad is quite time-consuming and complicated. It seems that in Spain it’s dead. In other countries tags appear but here it only showed up when I sold a laptop. I keep looking for alternatives for clothes because vinted, for a month now, every item I upload gets no visits or favorites and my sales have dropped to zero.
we must not forget that it is summer, a very slow period. That there are fires everywhere in Europe, especially in tourist areas and that fuel is at €2. So the drop is very circumstantial.

as I explained above, on the contrary it can be very simple but you have to get into a different mindset than Vinted.
In principle, you prepare a text that you save (you have the right to 9 templates, I think), you find your item and just click on Sell Yours on a listing and it will pre-fill all the characteristics for you. Or by entering the EAN code in the listing.

I am aware of it. In the summer, sales always drop further and fires break out here on the Costa del Sol with unbearable temperatures and west winds as hot as an oven; there is always fire. Although I don’t know if it has always been like this in Europe at this time. However, I have noticed that this summer especially I have no visits at all and it seems quite strange to me because since 2018 when I started, I never saw anything like it. Whenever I uploaded an item, I used to get views and some favorites.

we explained above with Aco why you shouldn’t pay attention to views on eBay but look at impressions. Basically, you have the essential information on the thumbnails, so few people actually open the listing. Afterwards, yes, you may need to dig deeper into what is being sold; I don’t know much about clothes.

I don’t know if there are really any rules. I had a July that was almost at the level of a Christmas month. Being in the toy business, this is an « anomaly » that I find very difficult to explain.
Perhaps it’s simply their advertising indicating the new categories on Vinted (other than clothes) that are increasing sales of items other than clothing?
Users who didn’t buy, for example, clothes before but who come to find other items, like toys, games, kitchen items, and so on.
Before, when consumers thought of Vinted… they thought « second-hand clothes ».
Perhaps now, they are realizing that you can find everything.
I don’t think so, because these are sales levels I had before things went off the rails last year, even though July is really very high this time (it’s already high for a month outside the Christmas period, but for a summer month it’s very, very high). June already showed a nice recovery. I mainly have the impression that it’s as if the account had been uncapped, because beyond sales, I also have visibility figures that I hadn’t had for a year. Besides, even eBay progressed in July; it’s less convincing because the figures are lower, but there was a good boost there too.

For clothing, eBay likes high-end or luxury clothing, or collector’s items, and vintage, retro, old, rare items. If you list mundane, fast, or very fast fashion items, it won’t be of interest. Good luck with the fires. I’m almost in the middle of it. It’s terrible.
