Something I forgot to mention and which is very important so you don’t make the same mistake I did: remember to enter your EAN codes (the barcodes) correctly.
Indeed, as long as I was a private account, I didn’t bother with that because it wasn’t mandatory. But it becomes mandatory when you switch to a professional account, and having to enter 800 EAN codes overnight is very painful. But most importantly, entering them allows your listings to be referenced on Google and therefore to appear in suggestions, and also to be referenced on price comparison sites that integrate eBay.

For me it’s Mondial Relay, but it makes sense since that’s what I offer for free shipping. On the other hand, you absolutely must add Colissimo, customers living in big cities generally appreciate it.

And the counter is strange; in my detailed statistics, I get far more views than what appears on the listing pages.

on the contrary, many more countries are available and countries where Vinted has less influence. For example, I sell quite a bit in Germany, whereas I can’t with Vinted (closed to professionals). Sometimes a few sales in England, Poland, Switzerland which are not accessible with Vinted. These are transactions that I would not have made with Vinted and they represent an additional few hundred euros per month.
But the setup for shipping is laborious to understand at first for international shipping. Once done, it runs smoothly.
There are tons of accounts that offer clothes.
The changes to the General Terms and Conditions will bring even more « sellers », but on the other hand, eBay is not Vinted. There will be a sales limit for personal accounts, with blocked funds.
So, the « disgusted » ones, the « desperate » ones are not for them…
